How to fix your spine’s bad curvature during your workout.
Outfit: Andrew Christian
A bad postural correction can usually make the spine bend, provoking a sharper curve, this is known as “kyphosis”. Kyphosis makes the spine bend more than normal, and makes it look like the back is hunched. Everyone has a slightly curved back, but a sharper curve can cause health problems such as pain or difficulties breathing.
It is usually caused by droopy shoulders, when the shoulder blades are separate and the chest caves in, making the back bend.
This can be easily solved by adding to our workout routine various rowing excercises: pulley, barbell row and machine assisted rows.
